ABOUT THE CLINIC AND STAFF
At Advanced Practice Solutions we offer convenient telehealth care that is personalized for each patient. Nicole Ray, FNP-C is the medical director and owner of the clinic. We are a small private practice located in central Maine. We believe in staying small so that patients and their provider can interact more closely. We are currently offering only telehealth services to new patients unless a rare and preapproved in person visit can be arranged. You can easily connect with your provider via phone, email, or chart messaging. Telehealth care be done online or via phone visit.
Nicole Ray, FNP-C is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She has been practicing medicine in her home state of Maine for many years. Her vast experience includes internal medicine, hospitalist medicine, geriatrics and medical director of mental health and substance use clinic.
Our motivation
NP Ray is passionate about taking the middle-men and endless barriers out of medicine and bringing the patient back to the center of treatment. Weight management treatment services though large chain companies is a prime example of how patient's have become secondary to the business of medicine
