At Advanced Practice Solutions, Nicole Ray, FNP-C is dedicated to helping patients get the care they need without the barriers of the large telehearth companies. Our mission is to act as a bridge to primary care services while patients are on wait lists to see a PCP. Additionally, we specialize in weight loss treatment (including GLP-1s) that is personalized and more affordable then large online companies. We Believe in offering the personalized care you get from a private practice with the convenience of telehealth.
Nicole Ray, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has a broad range of experience and specialized in hospital medicine for over 7 years. She is experienced in internal medicine and family practice. She has received additional training in the management of substance use disorders and weight loss treatment. She is a clinical leader who has worked in management and has a passion for teaching. Ms. Ray graduated with her MSN-FNP from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2017. She received board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2017.
Nicole was born and raised in Central Maine. She is married with two grown children and has one grandson. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
